摘    要:目的]探讨超声波提取杜仲叶中多糖的最佳提取条件及其对蟾蜍抗疲劳作用的影响。方法]在单因素试验的基础上,设计正交试验优化多糖提取条件;采用矩形波形式的电刺激,观察不同浓度的杜仲叶多糖对蟾蜍肌肉抗疲劳性能的影响。结果]超声波提取多糖的最佳工艺为:提取温度为80℃,提取时间40 min,料液比为1∶35,提取次数为2次。与对照组相比,多糖溶液组明显缩短肌肉达到最大收缩幅度的时间(P〈0.05),并延缓肌肉疲劳的发生(P〈0.05;P〈0.01)。结论]杜仲叶多糖具有改善蟾蜍肌肉运动性能的作用。

Study on Extraction of Polysaccharide from Eucommia ulmoides Oliver Leaves and Its Anti-fatigue Effect

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to investigate the optimum extraction processes of polysaccharide from Eucommia ulmoides Oliver leaves with ultrasonic extraction and its effect on anti-fatigue function of toad.Method]Basing on the single-factor test,the orthogonal test was designed to screen out the optimum extraction processes.By employing electric stimulation method,the effect of polysaccharide solution with different concentration on the anti-fatigue function of toad was surveyed.Result]The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide were as follows∶80 ℃ of extraction temperature,40 min of extraction duration,1∶35 of solid-to-liquid ratio and 2 times of extraction times.Compared to that in control,maximal muscle contraction time of toad treated with polysaccharide reduced(P<0.05),and muscle fatigue time delayed(P<0.05;P<0.01).Conclusion]The polysaccharide extracted from Eucommia ulmoides Oliver leaves is endowed with positive function on muscle contraction of toad.
