| 摘 要： | 质粒DNA进行基因免疫在许多动物实验中都已经产生良好的免疫效果并且其研究越来越多，但质粒DNA刺激机体免疫系统对其编码的抗原的免疫反应基本机制刚开始发现，本文阐述了基因免疫中质粒DNA中的结构组成特别是其佐剂单位及其作用。

This article reviews the structure of plasmid DNA, especially the structure of its Assistant units and effects. |
