| 摘 要： | 苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis，简称Bt)是一种自然界广泛分布的好气芽孢杆菌，由于对昆虫具有特异性毒杀作用，不污染环境和对人畜无害，成为目前应用最广、产量最大的生物杀虫剂菌种。近几年来，Bt在其它领域也发挥了巨大作用。本文将从Bt微生物学、Bt在动物疾病防治中的应用等方面作一综述。

| Abstract: | Bacillus thuringiensis, a widely distributed Gram-positive, spore-forming, aerobic bacterium, has been the most used biological pesticide due to its specific activity, against target insects with environmental safety. In recent years, Bt has been tremendously applied in other fields. The article reviews some aspects of the microbiology of Bt and the use of Bt in animal diseases control. |
