| 摘 要： | 目的]对从水稻幼苗中分离的2个3型金属硫蛋白基因OsMT-I-3a和OsMT-I-36的结构进行了分析，并对其表达模式进行了检测。方法]利用Blast搜索水稻数据库，设计引物并利用RT—PCR的方法克隆OsMT-I-3基因cDNA全长。通过多重比对等方法对其基因和蛋白结构进行了分析。利用Northem杂交对这两个基因的组织表达模式和环境应答模式进行了检测。结果]OsMT-I-3a和OsMT-I-3b分别编码62和65个氨基酸的多肽，具有典型的3型金属硫蛋白的半胱氨酸分布模式。OsMT-I-3a基因在叶片中没有检测到表达，OsMT-I-3b在叶片中高表达，且各种非生物胁迫因素会影响两种基因的表达模式。结论]I类3型2个水稻MT基因可能参与水稻多种环境胁迫的信号通路，在水稻抗非生物胁迫过程中起作用。
