云杉散斑壳菌生物学特性的初步研究

摘    要:经过分离培养,云杉散斑壳南菌丝生长的适宜温度为20~25℃,最适pH值为6~7,最佳碳源为葡萄糖,最佳氮源为蛋白胨、天门科素。光照对菌丝牛长影响不明显经低温刺激.紫外灯、黑光灯照射菌落均未产生分子孢子器和子囊盘。通过对自然状态下采集的病落叶子囊盘子囊孢子萌发率的测定。子囊孢子萌发的适宜温度为15~20℃,适宜湿度为80%~100%,最佳碳源为葡萄糖。

Abstract:In vitro, the hypha suitable conditions empera ture of Lophodermium picea were 20~25℃, pH 6~7, best carbon source as glucose and best nitrogen source as peptone and asparagus. light has little impact on hypha growth. No Tycnida and coscocarp were formed in the colonies with low tempreture stimulation, and irradiate with ultraviolet lamp and'black lays lamp.By testing germination rate of needle-cast ascocarp and ascaspoys colleced from the natural situation, the suitable conditions were 15~20℃, RH 80 %~ 100 %, best carbor source as glucose for ascospara germinating
