| 摘 要： | 本轮农业生产资料价格上涨的原因包括成本推动、需求拉动、企业哄抬物价、季节性涨价、国内供给不足等,加强对农资企业及其上游企业的管理、加大宏观调控的力度、加强农资市场的监管、改革农资补贴制度和储备制度等是抑制农业生产资料价格上涨的对策.

| Abstract: | The reasons for the rising of agricultural capital goods include the cost promotion, demand spur, enterprises' biding up prices, seasonality rise in price, domestic insufficient supply and so on. In order to suppress the price ri sing of capital goods of agricultural, we should strengthen the management of agricultural enterprises and their upriver enterprises, increase the force of macro adjustments and controls, enhance the supervision of agricultural capital goods market, reform the system of agricultural goods replenishment. |
