| 摘 要： | 当前陕西省基本农田总量不足,分布不均,标准偏低,保护不力。要确保陕西省粮食产销平衡,必须有足够的高标准的基本农田作支撑,到2010年需求量应达到286.87万hm2。据此,需因地制宜地规划陕西省基本农田建设的具体途径;需在深入调研的基础上进行投资估算和效益预测;需制定相应的制度保障。

| Abstract: | The aggregation of primary agricultural land in Shaanxi Province is insufficient,the distribution is unbalanced,the standard is low and the system is not perfect.If we want to assure the balance of grain supply and sale,there should be enough high standards the primary agricultural land(it should reach 2 868.7thousand hm2 in 2010).According to real situation,we must work out the actual pathway in the light of circumstances,investment and forecasting profits on the basis of deeply investigation and draw up system to ensure the aim of the primary agricultural land in Shaanxi Province. |
