兰考906对小麦K型不育系的育性恢复性能

摘    要:以K型不育系豫麦 3号和S4 3为母本 ,对兰考 90 6的 2 0个品系的恢复力进行了研究 ,并对兰考 90 6组配的组合杂种优势进行了初步探讨。结果表明 :可以从兰考 90 6中筛选出对小麦K型不育系具有较强恢复力的品系 ;兰考 90 6各品系对不同K型不育系的恢复度不同 ,用兰考 90 6品系作为对K型不育系的恢复系 ,应该选用易恢性好的K型不育系 ;兰考 90 6的衍生系对K型不育系的恢复度较低 ,应选用对K型不育系的恢复度高的亲本对兰考 90 6品系进行改良 ;兰考 90 6与K型不育系组配的杂交组合既具有其优点 ,又能克服其本身的缺陷 ,是杂交小麦研究的优良亲本材料。

Abstract:Male sterile lines with Ae.kotschyi cytoplasm Yumai 3 and S43 were used as the female parents to study restoring ability of 20 Lankao 906 lines and heterosis performance of their hybrids. The results indicated that the lines with higher restoring ability could be chosen from Lankao 906.Lankao 906 lines had different restoring degrees to different male sterile lines.If Lankao 906 was used as a restoring line,the easily restored sterile line should be selected.Derived lines of Lankao 906 had poorer restoring ability, so the parent with higher restoring degree should be used to improve Lankao 906.The hybrid of Lankao 906 not only had its advantage but also overcame its limitations,so Lankao 906 was a good parent in the research of hybrid wheat.
