| 摘 要： | 针对目前非点源污染容易造成水体富营养化,降低环境质量,并构成水质环境恶化一大威胁的现状,为有效控制非点源污染,保证水资源得到永续利用,生态环境得到保护与改善,最终实现经济社会的可持续发展,本文在文献调研基础上,综述了非点源污染的类型、特征、来源及控制技术.结果表明:非点源污染形成受地理、气候、土壤等多种因素影响,具有随机性大、分布范围广、影响因子多,形成机理复杂、潜伏滞后性强等特点,非点源污染的治理相对较难.目前非点源污染的治理主要包括工程技术和管理技术两大类.针对特定的非点源污染治理对象,根据总体方案设计方法,设计农业非点源污染控制的最佳总体方案对有效控制污染具有重要作用.
