摘    要:测定了唐菖蒲鲜切花衰老过程中花瓣抗氧化酶活性和膜脂过氧化水平的变化 .结果表明 :含水量、可溶性蛋白质含量在瓶插前期升高 ,4d后迅速下降 ;丙二醛含量、超氧自由基 (O- 2 )产生速率在瓶插期间一直呈上升趋势 ;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性在瓶插前期先上升后下降 ;瓶插时间越长 ,过氧化物酶活性越高 .抗氧化酶活性下降以及 O- 2 的累积是切花衰老的主要原因

Abstract:The change of the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the level of membrane lipid peroxidation in senescence process of Gladiolus hybridus cut flowers were determined while Gladiolus hybridus cut flowers were putted in a vase. The results were as follows: the contents of moisture and soluble protein in the petals increased at the early stage of vase holding, then decreased rapidly 4 days later; the malondialdehyde (MDA) content and the product of oxo free (O - 2) increased in the stage of vase holding; the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) increased in preceding stage, and decreased in later stage; the activity of peroxidase (POD) increased with the time postponing of vase holding of Gladiolus hybridus cut flowers. The main senescence reason of the cut flower was the decrease of activities of antioxidant enzymes and the accumulation of O - 2.
