摘 要: | [目的]对漆姑草[Sagina japonica(Sw.)Ohwi]石油醚提取物的化学成分进行分析鉴定,并对其抗肿瘤活性进行研究。[方法]采用GC-MS联用技术分析漆姑草石油醚提取物的化学成分;选用3种人癌细胞株(人白血病K562细胞株、人宫颈癌Hela细胞株和人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株),采用MTT法和SRB法,对其抗肿瘤活性进行研究。[结果]从漆姑草石油醚提取物中分离鉴定出25种成分,其中脂肪酸含量最多,亚油酸含量达49.318%;漆姑草石油醚提取物对人白血病K562细胞株的生长具有微弱的抑制作用,对人宫颈癌Hela细胞株和人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株均无抑制作用。[结论]该研究可为漆姑草资源在临床上的广泛应用奠定基础。

Abstract: | [Objective]The research aimed to analyze the chemical constituents and anti-tumor activity of petroleum ether extract from Sagina japonica (Sw.) Ohwi.[Method]GC-MS technology was applied to analyze and identify chemical constituents of petroleum ether extract from S.japonica.Three tumor cells were chosen,and MTT and SRB were involved in the process of a screening study on the human leukemia cell lines K562,human cervical cancer cell cine (Hela cell) and human breast carcinoma cell line MCF-7.[Result]25 kinds of constituents were isolated and identified from petroleum ether extract in Sagina japonica,among which aliphatic acid occupied the bulk and linoleic acid contained 49.318% .The petroleum ether extract from Sagina japonica played a minor role in inhibiting the growth of the human leukemia cell lines K562,while these extracts did not work at all in controlling the proliferation of human cervical cancer cell line (Hela cell) and human breast carcinoma cell line MCF-7.[Conclusion]The research can lay the foundation for the wide application of S.japonica resources in clinic. |
