摘    要:为提高收割机单位割幅的生产率,减少割台因往复惯性力引起的振动,研制了一种装有齿形链式切割器的高速收割机,阐述了该机的总体结构及工作过程,分析了主要技术参数,试验表明:该机的切割速度可达7.5 m/s,作业速度可达13.1 km/h,单位割幅的生产率是往复式切割器收割机的1.5倍,作业性能稳定,生产性能可靠,是一种高速高效收割机械.

Abstract:In order to improve the productivity of unit header width of harvester and reduce header vibration caused by the inertial force of the back and forth, a high speed harvester with toothed chain-cutter was invented. The constructions, the working principle and the designing index were introduced and analyzed. Field experiments indicated that the cut speed was at 7. 5 m/s, the forward speed was more than 13.1 km/h, the productivity of unit header width of the model was 1.5 times of the harvester with back and forth cutter, and its working function was stable and reliable. It is a kind of high efficient harvester.
