摘    要:土壤中N、K供应状况是影响葡萄产量和品质的主要因素.土壤N、K供应充足,葡萄枝条和根系生长良好,浆果产量提高N、K两种元素对浆果产量存在正交互作用.在本试验条件下,提高供K水平。浆果可溶性固形物和糖分含量显著增加,而浆果的含酸量随供N量的增加而增加.本研究证实,福建红壤区土壤有效钾不足是葡萄生产的主要障碍因子.盆栽试验证明;如果施N过多而增施K肥.不但无法减轻过量N的危害,反而会促进土壤N的释放,加剧过量N的不利影响.

Abstract:The supply Conditions of N-K to the soil were main factors in determining grape yield and fruit quality. The vines and roots grew well, and the yield increased with adequately supplying N-K for the soil. There was a positive interaction between N and K on the yield.Under the experimental condition when the supplying of K was raised, fruit soluble solids and sugar content significantly increased 5 and fruit acidity increased with raising N supply.The studies showed that the shortase of available K in soil was the main barrier factor in grape production in red earth area of Fujian. Pot experiments indicated when.application N was excessive, applying K could not relief the disadvantages caused by N excess,but aggravate them by hastening N release in soil.
