固态发酵中碳氮源对黑曲霉解磷效果的影响

摘    要:为探讨固态发酵中不同碳氮源对黑曲霉解磷效果的影响,采用碳酸氢钠浸提-钼锑抗比色法,以磷酸三钙为磷源,葡萄糖、纤维素和淀粉为外加碳源,硫酸铵、尿素和硝酸钠为外加氮源,取试验筛选的1株黑曲霉为菌种进行试验。结果表明,在麸皮发酵中,加淀粉、纤维素的培养基发酵液中的有效磷含量相对无外加碳源的对照培养基有效磷含量可分别增加0.77、0.51g/kg。在稻壳发酵中,加淀粉、葡萄糖的发酵液中有效磷含量可分别增加26.32、15.23g/kg,分别增加了4.3、2.5倍;加硫酸铵、尿素的发酵液中有效磷含量略有减少,加硝酸钠的发酵液中有效磷含量可增加4.60g/kg。在玉米芯发酵中,加淀粉、葡萄糖的发酵液中有效磷含量分别可增加8.20、12.23g/kg;外加的氮源各组有效磷含量均有减少,其中加尿素可使有效磷含量减少10.70g/kg。
