| 摘 要： | 选取新疆地区的15个地、州、市作为实例，以2008年的截面数据，并结合新疆各区域特点和数据的取得等方面因素，选取经济、社会、资源、科教4个一级指标和25个二级指标，采用SPSS中的主成分分析方法，对新疆各区域可持续发展水平进行综合评价，再利用新得到的综合主成分指标代替原来较多的评价指标，采用SPSS中的层次聚类分析方法对各地区的可持续发展水平进行聚类分析。根据评价结果把新疆15个地、州、市划分为6类，并以此为基础分类提出各区域可持续发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the 15 regions in Xinjiang combining economy,society,resource,science ＆ education was selected as one level index in index sysytem by the characteristic of region in Xinjiang and availiable data. The component analysis on the sustainable development of regions in Xinjiang with the horizontal data of 2008 were used to replace original index sysytem. The cluster analysis was conducted on the sustainable development of regions in Xinjiang. Then the 15 regions, autonomous prefectures and cities were divided into 6 types according to the result of assess. Finally, some suggestions and advices were given for the sustainable development of different regions in Xinjiang. |
