摘    要:[目的]为重金属污染区的生态恢复与重建提供依据。[方法]采用盆栽方法,研究铅-镉复合污染对天竺葵生长的影响。[结果]随着铅-镉复合浓度的增加,天竺葵的株高、地上及地下干重和Cd、Pb的富集系数及转移系数都呈下降趋势。在1 500 mg/kg Pb、50mg/kg Cd污染的条件下,天竺葵植株没有出现萎黄、死亡等胁迫症状。铅、镉主要分布在天竺葵的根部,造成铅-镉复合污染对天竺葵根的抑制效应明显大于地上部分。镉、铅之间存在拮抗作用,且相互抑制地下向地上的转移量。[结论]天竺葵对铅-镉复合污染有较高的耐性。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the ecological restoration and reconstruction in the area polluted by heavy metals.[Method] In the pot test,the effects of the compound pollution of Pb and Cd on the growth of P.hortorum were studied.[Result] With the increasing of the compound pollution of Pb and Cd,the plant height,dry matter weight in overground parts and underground parts,the enrichment coefficient and transfer coefficient of Cd and Pb in P.hortorum all showed decreasing trends.Under the pollution conditions of 1 500 mg/kg Pb and 50 mg/kg Cd,stress symptoms such as withering and death didn't appeared in the plants of P.hortorum.Pb and Cd were mainly concentrated in the root of P.hortorum,which caused that the inhibitory effects of the compound pollution of Pb and Cd on the root of P.hortorum were obviously greater than that on the overground parts.An antagonistic effect existed between Cd and Pb and they inhibited the transfer amount from the underground parts to the overground parts each other.[Conclusion] P.hortorum had higher tolerance to the compound pollution of Pb and Cd.
