摘    要:通过模拟设计CASS(Cyclic Activated Sludge System)工艺小型试验装置,考察城市污水处理厂的污水处理效果。根据城市污水处理厂的污水处理系统及进出水水质要求,通过计算确定试验装置的关键参数为污泥负荷:0.065kg·BOD5·kg-1·MLSS·d-)1;排水比:1/3;水力停留时间:18.5h;反应周期:进水0.5h,边进水边曝气1h,曝气2h,沉淀1h,出水1.5h。试验出水水质达到《国家城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)IB要求。

Abstract:This article aims at examining the treatment effect of municipal sewage plants, and thus providing referential valve to the operations of sewage plants by simulating a small-scaled tester using CASS technique which is according to treatment system of municipal sewage plant. Design of the tester using CASS technique and its key parameters are sludge load 0.065 kg·BOD5·kg-1·MLSS·d-1), ratio of draining 1/3, HRT 18.5 h. Its reaction period contains influent 0.5 h, influent-aeration 1 h, aeration 2 h, sedimentation 1 h, and effluent 1.5 h. Effluent quality meets the requirements GB18918-2002 Standard for Discharge of Pollutants from Sewage Treatment Works in Towns and Cities B.
