金丝小枣水溶性粗多糖性质研究

摘    要:用水提醇沉的方法对金丝小枣的粗多糖进行了提取。通过化学方法以及HPLC、GC、IR等现代仪器方法对金丝小枣粗多糖的性质进行了研究。结果表明:金丝小枣果肉含粗多糖20.3%,其主成分为果胶多糖,组成最主要为半乳糖醛酸(62.62%),其次为半乳糖、阿拉伯糖和鼠李糖,还有少量的木糖和葡萄糖。分子量主要分布在2.0×106Da左右。

Abstract:Water soluble polysaccharides(Ju) of Chinese jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.Jinsixiaozao) were extracted with boiling water and precipitated with ethanol allowed to concentrate the fraction as 20.3%.Pectic polysaccharides were the major components in Ju since it was very rich in sugars such as uronic acids(62.62%),galactose,arabinose and rhamnose.Its molecular weight was mainly distributed at about 2.0×106 Da.
