| 摘 要： | 本文采用ＹＷＧＣ１８色谱柱，用甲醇＋水为流动相和紫外检测器，对尼索螨醇中有效成分尼索朗和三氯杀螨醇进行反相色谱分离和定量测定，具有快速简便等优点。本方法变异系数分别为３．８３％、０．６０％，平均回收率分别为９９．３％、９９．７％，线性相关系数分别为０．９９９５、０．９９９８。

| Abstract: | The quantitative analysis of mixture formulation of dicofol and hexythiazox by HPLC with YWG C18 column at UV 240 nm was established,Using a mobile phase of methanol and water with flow rate of 1 mL/min and external standard method,the results showed the coefficient of variation and recovery of dicofol and hexythiazox were 3.83%,99.3%,0.60%,99.7%,respectively,the linear correlation was excellent and the method is fast, economical and suitable for determination of this mixture formulation. |
