摘    要:【目的】为了增加特种稻种质资源,解决白米不育系配组红香米杂交稻F1易混杂白米,影响米质的问题。【方法】采用常规育种方法,将低直链淀粉含量的亲本材料与带香味的亲本材料进行杂交、回交、转育等。【结果】育成直链淀粉含量为11.07%、香味明显、食用口感佳的水稻三系不育系槟榔红A,为红香米三系杂交稻的配组应用提供了新的种质资源。

Abstract:[Objective] When the red fragrant hybrid rice F1 is crossed with male sterile line, the progenies can easily be confused with the white rice. To solve this problem as well as to enhance the rice germplasm resources, the efforts have been made to develop a rice sterile line. [Method] Low amylose content materials and fragrant rice variety (line) were selected as parents to develop a new sterile line using hybridization, backcross and trans-breeding operations. [Result] A rice sterile line Binglanghong A was bred with characteristic features of about 11.07% amylose content, distinct flavor and good taste. The newly bred rice sterile line Binglanghong A could provide new germplasm resources for the combination and application in breeding of red fragrant three-line hybrid rice variety.
