用模糊数学方法选择水电站装机容量

摘    要:水电站最优装机容量的选择实质上是一个对多参数、多因素、多属性评价的综合决策问题,因此,根据某一个单向目标去选择装机容量,得到的结果未必客观.通过对小容量水电站的五种装机方法的"定性"分析和"定量"验证,指出了各种方法间的差异缺陷,在此基础上,提出了应用模糊数学方法选择装机容量的设想,以期弥补传统方法之不足.经实例验证,采用模糊数学的方法是客观、合理的,具有一定的可行性.

Abstract:Choosing installed capacity of hydropower station is actually a decisive problem to evaluate multi-parameters,multi-factors,and multi-attributes.Therefore,it is not objective to choose installed capacity only according to single aspect.The authors put forward differences and shortcomings through qualitative analysis and quantitative test of 5 methods of installation of small-sized hydropower station.Based on this,an idea of choosing installed capacity with fuzzy mathematics method was raised to make up for traditional shortcomings.Living examples proved that this method was objective,rational,and practicable.
