| 摘 要： | 听证制度是一种利益博弈的民主实践。由于我国的听证制度尚处于初创阶段,在制度本身和程序设计上均存在着诸多不利于公平博弈的东西。本文从分析听证程序的五个环节:听证依据、听证召集、听证参与、听证过程及听证反馈入手,论述当前我国听证制度中存在的影响公平博弈的问题,进而提出完善我国听证制度的对策与建议,力求实现多方博弈的利益均衡。

| Abstract: | The hearing system is one kind of benefit gambling democracy practice.Because our country's hearing system still is at the establishing stage,the system itself and its programming exist many thing that not favor fair gambling.This article is aiming at to discuss the problems influencing fair gambling which exist in the hearing system from hearing basis,hearing convenes,hearing participation,hearing process and hearing feedback,then come up with advices and countermeasures to perfect it and try to realize the benefit equilibrium gambling in every way. |
