| Abstract: | Combined with concrete conditions of Tieli Forestry Bureau, the paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of all-round development according to ditch system for overcutting. Model of all-round development is summarized to have following eight managing methods; cutting, selecting , bucking , tending, replanting, changing, contracting and closing hillsides to livestock grazing and fuel gathering. The paper also discusses the measure that should be used when carrying out managing model. |
