基于近红外光谱的大米蛋白质含量的研究

摘    要:利用近红外光谱分析技术,采集不同大米样品蛋白质的光谱图,并提取蛋白质官能团的特征值在波长785,910,1020,1040nm处的吸光度。通过不同建模方案的比较,最终采用非线性幂函数曲线,建立预测模型,从而快速准确地找出光谱吸光度与蛋白质含量间的关系。

Abstract:The use of near-infrared spectral analysis technology were made and different samples of rice were selected,the spectrogram of rice were gathered,then the absorbency of the four protein characteristics were extracted,rice protein through the acquisition of the spectrum of using differential approach to spectral data,the protein functional characteristics were extracted at 785 nm,910 nm,1 020 nm and 1 040 nm.
