高压热水循环泵密封设计计算及改造

摘    要:针对高温热水循环泵出现的密封泄漏问题,分析了高温高压下机械密封泄漏的原因,提出了双级串联机械密封的改造方案,调整孔板,加大回流量,同时增加换热器面积,使通入密封腔的介质温度下降,避免密封腔内介质汽化,从而改善了机械密封的运行环境。应用API610密封流程系统方案,对高压热水机械密封进行了设计计算,选择合理的波纹管回弹率(刚度)、弹簧比压、载荷系数及密封端面比压。对设计的机械密封进行实际工业运转验证,经过4000h的运转,提高了机械密封的使用寿命,消除了高温热水循环泵的密封事故,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:In this paper, the cause of mechanical seal leakage under the high temperature and pressure is analyzed for high temperature hot water circulating pump under the operating conditions. The tandem twostage mechanical seal is proposed for the improvement scheme. The detailed design calculations are carried out on the mechanical seal. The structural design of mechanical seal and practical application of 4 000 hours operation of the sealing system are demonstrated. The service life of the mechanical seal for the high pressure hot water circulating pump is improved, and thus good economic benefit is achieved.
