不同培养料栽培蛹虫草试验研究

摘    要:不同培养料栽培蛹虫草,在大米培养料上生长周期为35~45天,生物转化率高达61%以上。在高梁米、小米、玉米碴和大米蚕蛹培养料上生长周期为40或45至63天左右,生物转化率除玉米碴为42%之外,其余培养料均在58~59%。结果表明,大米是最佳培养料,其次是大米蚕蛹、高梁米、小来和玉米碴培养料。根据生物转化率和生长周期,高梁米、小米、玉米碴和蚕蛹可以替代大米栽培蛹虫草。

Abstract:The results of experiment on planting Cordyceps militaris (L. ex Fr. ) Link with dif- ferent culture materials. Period of Cordyceps militaris growth is 35~45 days in the rice culture material. It is about 40(45)~70 days in the kaoliang, millet, maize and rice-tussah culture materials. Biological trans- formation rate of Cordyceps mililaris is 61% in the rice culture material. It is 58~59% in the kaoliang, mil- let and rice-tussah culture materials. It is 42% in the maize. The results of experiment showed that the rice is the best culture material and substitute rice with kaoliang, millet and maize may plant Cordyceps mili- taris.
