茶树抗寒性及其同工酶特征的研究

摘    要:用电导法测定了凤凰水仙1号与福鼎大白茶的 F_1代的抗寒性;用不连续性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法分析了上述杂交组合的酯酶同工酶。结果表明:F_1代个体间的抗寒性差异极显著。F_1代个体的酯酶同工酶变异广泛,但无杂种酶带和互补酶带;酯酶同工酶酶谱的区带Ⅰ是抗寒性强弱的标志区带;酯酶同工酶酶带数与抗寒性呈显著正相关。

Studies on Cold Resistance of Tea Plants and Their Esterase Lsozyme
Abstract:The cold resistance and esterase isozyme of F_1 from the cross of Fenghu-angshuixian 1×Fudindabaicha were analysed by electric conductivity methodand PAGE respectively.The results indicated that the coldresistance variancewere highly significant,and the esterase isozyme showed 3 band-zones with12 bands and more than 10 patterns among the individual plants of F_1.Theband-zone No.1 could be used as a marker of cold resistance.Thecorrelation between the band number of esterase isozyme and cold resistanceof F_1 was positive.
