PEG胁迫下小麦再生植株根系特性与抗旱性的关系

摘    要:为了解PEG胁迫下小麦再生植株根系特性与抗旱性的关系.以抗旱性强的小麦品种河农花84、晋麦33号和抗旱性差的小麦品种温麦6号、周麦17的花药和幼胚愈伤组织分化植株为材料,以PEG为水分胁迫剂,对不同小麦品种在水分胁迫下的根系特性进行了比较研究。结果表明,同一小麦品种在不同PEG浓度胁迫下,根长和根数存在显著差异;在相同PEG浓度胁迫下,抗旱品种与不抗旱品种根长和根数差异显著。PEG浓度值为80g/L时,抗旱品种根系表现出较强的生长势,不抗旱品种根系生长势很弱.甚至发根停滞,因此可在PEG浓度值为80g/L的处理下,通过观察再生植株根系的生长状况来判别供试品种抗旱性的强弱。

Abstract:Regenerated plantlets from anther callus and immature embryos callus of two drought-resistant wheat (Jinmai33 and Henonghua 84) and drought-sensitive wheat (Wenmai 6 and Zhoumai 17) were investigated Under water stress induced by PEG. Comparison on root characters of regenerated plantlets between drought-resistant wheat and drought-sensitive wheat under PEG water-stress was conducted. The results showed that the differences were significant in root length and root number under different PEG water-stress; There was a significant difference between roots of drought-resistant wheat and drought-sensitive wheat under the same PEG water-stress. The root of drought-resistant wheat appealed strong growing tendency and the root of drought-sensitive wheat appealed feeble growing tendency even no root under 80 g/L PEG water-stress. It was concluded whether regenerated plantlets had root or not could be used to identify drought resistance under 80 g/L PEG water-stress.
