简易风障对鸡爪槭越冬枝条生理特性影响的研究

摘    要:以3 a生鸡爪槭为试材,通过简易塑料风障保护下鸡爪槭枝条内生理指标变化的研究,阐明风障对木本植物冬季生理特性的影响规律。结果表明:电导率FZ处理始终低于CK,2~3月差异显著;FZ处理含水量始终高于CK,11~12月差异不显著;FZ处理丙二醛含量在2月份高于CK,其余时间低于CK,3月份差异显著;渗透调节物质FZ处理始终低于对照,12月至翌年1月差异不显著,3月份可溶性蛋白与可溶性糖含量FZ和CK之间差异不显著,游离脯氨酸含量差异显著;SOD活性FZ低于CK,1月份差异不显著,其余月份差异显著;11月至翌年2月份POD活性FZ和CK之间无显著差异,3月份差异显著。综合分析可知,简易风障对于鸡爪槭的影响主要集中在11月和2~3月,12月至翌年1月份效果较差。
