摘    要:干藏条件下 ,6 -BA(6 -苄基氨基嘌呤 )预处理月季切花萨蔓莎和金牌品种 ,使花材组织水势增高 ,水分亏缺程度降低 ,膜系统保持酶SOD活性增强 ,膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量降低 ,膜透性减小 ,切花瓶插寿命延长 ,延缓了切花衰老 ,不同品种间存在生理效应大小差异。试验表明 ,水分亏缺导致膜稳定性破坏是干藏月季切花衰老的主要生理原因。 6 -BA预处理月季切花 ,是干藏保鲜的有效措施。

Abstract:Cut flowers of Chinese rose (Rosa chinensis Jacq.) cvs."Samamtha" and "Golden Medaillon" were kept under dry storage. 6-BA pretreatment increased water potential in the flower tissue and the activity of SOD, a protective enzyme for the membrane system and decreased water deficiency and the content of MDA, a product of membrane lipid peroxidation, thus reducing membrane permeation, delaying senescence of the cut flowers and prolonging their vase life. A varietal difference was shown the physiological responses to the treatment. The results indicated that membrane stability disturbance caused by water loss is mainly responsible for senescence of the cut flowers. Pretreatment with 6-BA is recommended as an effective measure for their freshness-preservation.
