F-和Hg2+和Se4+对紫露草四分体的遗传毒性的研究

摘    要:通过不同浓度的氟、汞、硒离子以及硒氟、硒汞离子不同浓度的混合液,分别诱发紫露草四分体微核效应。结果表明,在一定的剂量范围内,各处理物能显著诱发紫露草四分体微核率的提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),具显著的遗传毒性效应。F^-诱发的微核效应呈线性剂量反应关系,Hg^2 和Se^4 诱发的微核效应呈非直线关系。硒氟离子混合液与同浓度的F^-相比,诱发的微核率显著下降,说明硒氟离子间呈明显的拮抗作用。而硒汞离间能否产生拮抗作用,与Hg^2 浓度大小密切相关。

Abstract:Different concentrations of F -,Hg 2 and Se 4 or the mixed solutions of Se 4 -F - or Se 4 -Hg 2 significantly ( P <0.05 or P < 0.01 ) increased tetrads in Tradescantia paludosa and had genetic toxicity. The micronucleus effect showed a linear relationship with the doasage of F - and a non-linear relationship with the dosage of Hg 2 or Se 4 . Compared with the F -, solution of similar concentration, the mixture of Se 4 -F - gave a significantly lower frequency of micronucleus induction, suggesting an antagonism between the two ions. Whether antagonism between Hg 2 and Se 4 occurred was closely related to the concentartion of Hg 2 .
