鲍氏不动杆菌MF1株的粘附特性

摘    要:取从患病鳜鱼体内分离到的鲍氏不动杆菌 M F1株和3株 A T C C不动杆菌参考株做血凝试验( H A),13种不同动物的红细胞对4株不动杆菌的血凝特性分析结果表明,鲍氏不动杆菌( Acinetobacter baum annii) M F1株能凝集人 O 型血以及鸡、鼠、绵羊、鲢、黄鳝等5种动物的红细胞, 不凝集鳜、罗非鱼、鲫、团头舫、鲤、欧洲鳗、鳙的红细胞, 且该种血凝不能被甘露糖抑制; 其它3株 A T C C参考菌株对13种红细胞均不能发生凝集。4株不动杆菌的粘附实验表明, M F1株可以粘附 H Ep2细胞, 每细胞粘附菌在20个以上, 菌体粘附于细胞四周; 3株 A T C C不动杆菌参考株对 H Ep2细胞不具粘附特性。以上4株不动杆菌对 E P C细胞 (鲤鱼乳头状上皮瘤细胞系) 均无粘附性。

Abstract:The adhesive ability of Acinetobacter baumannii strain MF1,isolated from diseased mandarin fish was investigated.MF1 was found to have hemagglutinating activity.The HA tests showed that the organisms could agglutinate erythrocytes of human O,chicken,mouse,sheep,silver carp(Hypophthalmichtys molitrix)and rice eel(Monopterus albus),rather than mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatsi),tilapia(Oreochromis aerus),common carp(Cyprinus carpio),crucian carp(Carassius carassius),blunt shout bream(Megalobrama amblycephala),european eel(Auguilla anguilla)and the agglutination could not be inhibited by D mannose.Meanwhile,the three reference strains,A.baumannii DSM 30007(ATCC 19606),A.calcoaceticus DSM 30006(ATCC 23055)and A.lwoffii DSM 2403(ATCC 15309)had no hemagglutinating activity.MF1 and other three reference strains were investigated for their ability to adhere to HEp 2 cell and EPC cell.The results showed that only MF1 could adhere HEp 2 cell and the number of adhesive bacteria(CFU)were about 20/cell.None of strains tested had ability to adhere to EPC cell.
