摘    要:对甜瓜雌雄异花同株和雄全同株材料间杂交后代及回交后代的花性型分离研究表明,F_2群体中单性花性状呈现单显性基因控制的3∶1分离比例。并运用SSR技术,在F_2群体中采用混合分组分析法对单性花基因进行了分子标记筛选,找到2个与该基因连锁的SSR标记,与单性花基因的遗传距离分别为7.0cM和29.5cM。

Abstract:The sex expression separation of F_1 and BC_1 generation between monoecious and andromonecious on melon(Cucumis melo L.) showed that monoecious had 3:1 separative ratio of single dominant gene on F_2 generation. SSR markers were chose on monoecious gene of F_2 generation by bulked segregation analysis (BSA) strategy, two SSR markers were found to link with the monoecious gene. The inherited distances were 7.0 cM and 29.5 cM, respectively between monoecious gene and different primer markers.
