白灵菇液体培养条件的研究及栽培试验

摘    要:研究了白灵菇液体培养条件,确定最佳培养基配方为10%(w/v)麸皮,1%蔗糖,0.3%蛋白胨,0.1%KH2PO4,0.05%MgSO4;最佳培养条件为pH7.0,温度25℃,接种量10%(v/v),培养基装量100mL/250mL,培养时间7d。栽培试验表明,液体菌种制种时间比固体菌种的少13~18d,头潮菇出菇时间缩短了10-20d。

Abstract:The optimal fermentation medium and the optimal culture conditions for submerge-cultured Pleurotus nebrodensis were studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimal fermentation medium was composed of wheat bran 10 % (w/v) , sucrose 1 % , peptone 0.3%, KH2 PO4 0. 1 % , MgSO4 0. 05 % ; the optimal culture conditions were pH 7. 0, inoculation rate 10% (v/v) , medium capacity 100mL/250mL, culture time 7d. The results of comparative cultivation of Pleurotus nebrodensis showed that the preparing time of submerged spawn was 13-18d shorter than that of the solid spawn and the fruitbody formation time of the first flash was 10-20d earlier than that of the solid spawn.
