摘    要:以2个大豆品种(浙春2号、东北大豆854-11)为材料,设置0,0.05,0.5,5,30,50mg/L6个锰浓度处理,进行水培试验。当锰处理16d后,对其游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量进行测定。结果表明,随锰浓度的不断增加,游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量表现为先减少后增大的趋势,过氧化物酶活性先增大后减小,而可溶性糖含量及可溶性蛋白质含量表现为先增大后减少再增大。2个大豆品种各生理指标的变化都表现为一定的相似性。

Abstract:The effect of Manganese(Mn)on physiological characteristics of soybean had been studied with two soybean varieties(Zhechun 2 and 854-11). The supplementation of Mn was 6 kinds of concentration of 0,0.05,0.5, 5,30,50 mg/L. After Mn treatment for 16 days, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, proline content, polyphenol oxidase (POD) activities, content of solute sugar and soluble protein were determined. The results showed that when Mn concentration increased gradually, MDA content and proline content first decreased and then increased, POD activities increased and then decreased and the soluble protein content and soluble sugar content first increased, then decreased and last increased.There were some similarity on changes of physiological characteristics between two varieties of soybean.
