我国西部地区农业技术进步模式的选择与创新

目前国外的农业技术进步模式主要有美国的“机械型”模式和日本的“生物型”模式。但我国的西部地区并不能简单照搬这种单轨的“机械型”或“生物型”模式，而必须创建一种适合自身特点的新模式－“主辅型双轨制”农业技术进步模式。这种包含着综合与创新内容的新模式在技术结构、发展进程、应用领域等方面都具有自身的独特个性。这种独具个性的选择和创新的客观依据是制约和支配西部地区的五大因素：资源、资本、科技、生态、市场。

Choice and Innovation of Agricultural Technology Progress Patterns in the Western of China.

At present foreign patterns of agricultural technology progress are mainly “machine type ” in America and “biological type” in Japen. However, these singletracked patterms can't be copied simply in the western of China. A new patterndouble track system with principal and subordinate type, which has the distinctive features in technical structure ,development process and applied field, is established on the basis of successful experience of the two patterns. The objective bases for the choice and innovation are the five main factors that restrict and dominate the development of the western regions such as resoures, capital ,science and technology,ecolog,market.
