白果贮前冷冲击处理与贮藏期间脱水的相关关系研究

摘    要:以银杏(ginkgobilobaL.)为研究对象,以0℃冰水为处理介质,研究了不同冷冲击处理时间(1h,2h,3h,4h)对常温贮藏期间银杏脱水的影响对贮藏期间脱水率、PG和PE活性等指标进行了测定结果表明:冷冲击处理能有效地抑制银杏脱水,且在本实验处理时间范围内,抑制程度随冷冲击处理时间延长而增加

Abstract:The ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba L.) seeds were treated with ice water() for different time( 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours) and stored at room temperature to study the influence of cold shock treatment on dehydration during storage. The experiment showed that cold shock treatment refrained dehydration, and the degree of refrainment increased with the time of cold shock treatment.\=
