多花山竹子种子萌发及其幼苗生长分析

初步探讨了多花山竹子（ＧａｒｃｉｎｉａｍｕｔｉｆｌｏｒａＣｈａｍｐ）的种子萌发及其幼苗生长的规律试验结果表明，多花山竹子种子在萌发过程中，出现种子两端长根现象，在自然条件下萌发成活率较低（＜６％），且萌发迟缓，萌发整齐度差，其主要原因是内种皮的致密性和不透气、不透水种子剥皮后萌发快、萌发整齐度好；光暗条件对多花山竹子种子的萌发并无影响，但温度对种子的萌发有较大影响，当温度低于８℃时，种子不能萌发；多种生长调节剂对多花山竹子的萌发有较大的促进作用，可提高种子的萌发整齐度，其中以６－ＢＡ效果最明显；不同生长调节剂对幼苗生长的效应是不同的，６－ＢＡ主要促进地上部分生长，对地下部分生长不利，而ＮＡＡ则相反

A STUDY ON SEED GERMINATION AND SEEDLING GROWTH OF GARCINIA MUTIFLORA

A preliminary study on the seed germination and seedling growth of Garcinia mutiflora was conducted. The results showed that the germination of Garcinia mutiflora seeds was very slow in nature. The seeds began to germinate after sowing 83 days and it took 178 days for all seeds to germinate. The reason may be why it's endotesta is compactabe and opaque. The peeled seeds began to germinate after sowing 7 days and it took 24 days for all seeds to germinate. The light and darkness didn't work on germation of the seeds. The seeds didn't germinate when the temperature is under 8 . The growth regulators may promote the coherenoce of the seed germination. The seeds soaked with 6-BA began to germinate after sowing 5 days and it took 12 days for all seeds to germinate. The actions of different growth regulators were dissimiliar on the growth of the seedling. The result of NAA is converse.
