3种园林植物根结线虫胚胎发育研究

摘    要:详细描述了3种园林植物根结线虫胚胎发育各时期的过程和形态变化在280℃时红背桂南方根结线虫(Meloidogyneincognita)、马缨丹花生根结线虫(M.arenaria)和洋紫苏爪哇根结线虫(M.javanica)完成胚胎发育所需时间分别为127、114和85d试验表明,温度和孵育液对根结线虫胚胎发育均有一定的影响

Abstract:The morphology and embryonic development of the root-knot nematodes in 3 gardening plants were described and illustrated in detail in the paper.Studies indicated that Meloidogyne incog-nita in Euphorbia cochinchensis Lour, M.arenaria in Lantana camara L.and M. javanica in Coleus pumilus Blanco completed their embryonic development in 12.7,11.4 and 8.5 days,respectively at 28.There were certain effects of temperatures and incubation liquids on embryonic development of the 3 root-knot nematodes.
