| 摘 要： | 以采集于四川和贵州的5份野生马蹄金（Dichondra repens）和1份美国引进的马蹄金为材料，采用盆栽控水试验研究土壤干旱胁迫下马蹄金生理指标的变化。结果表明，虽然不同材料间的变化存在差异，但随干旱胁迫时间的延长，各供试马蹄金材料的保水能力和叶绿素含量呈下降趋势，丙二醛和游离脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势。抗旱性强的材料表现出较高的叶片保水力、叶绿素含量以及较低的丙二醛、游离脯氨酸含量，且指标的升降幅度较小。
