| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the in-service village officers in Nanchang,the implementation status and effect of the policy of university student village officer was evaluated,and it was proposed to further perfect this policy from the perspectives of selection and employment,incentives and guarantee,laws and regulations,communion and learning. |
