| 摘 要： | 采用农杆菌介导法将TuMV-CP基因导入结球大白菜中,确定了影响大白菜离体再生的主要因素,并确定了最佳大白菜离体培养的条件,建立了高效的大白菜离体再生体系、遗传转化体系。

| Abstract: | TuMV-CP gene was introduced to Chinese cabbage using the Agrobacterium-mediated method.The main factors influencing the regeneration of Chinese cabbage and the optimal cultivation conditions for the plant regeneration were determined.A high effective system for genetic transformation and regeneration was established. |
