| 摘 要： | 位于汉江中上游，跨越陕西、湖北、河南3省的丹江口水库，总库容174.5亿m^3。1988年被国务院确定为南水北调中线工程取水处。文章介绍了库区生态环境现状；进行了库区公益林建设必要性、紧迫性论述；提出了库区生态公益林建设的重点、思路和应采取的措施。

| Abstract: | Danjiangkou Reservoir with total storage capacity of 17.45 billion m~3 located in upper & middle reaches of Hanjiang,striding over Shanxi,Hubei and Hunan Province was defined by the State Council in 1988 as a water-fetched location in middle line of the project of South Water to North.It introduces the environmental situation around the reservoir,and discusses the necessity & urgency, priority,ideas as well as measures for non-commercial forest building in the paper. |
