基于三维数值模拟的风力灭火机叶轮改进设计

摘    要:风力灭火机的主要技术指标是出口全压与风量.其叶片形状是影响风机蜗壳内部流场结构、风机出口全压与流速的重要因素.通过对林海集团公司现有6MF-28风力灭火机内部流场的全压场与速度场进行三维数值模拟分析,对叶片形状进行了改进设计.数值分析表明,叶轮叶片改进后蜗壳内部流场得到明显改善,风机全压、出口速度及全压功率分别提高7%、3%和11%.

Abstract:Outlet total pressure and volume flow are the main indexes of a pneumatic extinguisher.The shape of the impeller is an important factor that influences the inner flow field structure in the fan volute,outlet total pressure and outlet flow velocity of the pneumatic extinguisher.Through the three dimensional numerical simulation analysis of the total pressure field and velocity field of the inner flow field of 6MF-28 pneumatic extinguisher manufactured by Linhai Group,design improvement of the blade shape was made.The numerical analysis shows that the inner flow field of the pneumatic extinguisher has been improved a lot and the outlet total pressure,outlet velocity and total pressure power have increased by 7%,3% and 11% respectively.
