| 摘 要： | 农杆菌介导的遗传转化是马铃薯基因工程的常用方法,了解该方法的影响因素,探索高效的转化系统对于马铃薯的品质改善、抗逆性提高和用作生物反应器均有重要意义。文章综述了农杆菌介导的马铃薯遗传转化的影响因素,为进一步的研究提出了展望。

| Abstract: | Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation is the commonly used method of the potato genetic engineering,understanding this method of the factors in uencing and exploring the ef cient system are important for the quality improvement,the stress resistant improvement,and the atcing of biological reactor.The paper summarized the agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation of potato in uencing factor,and looked forward to further study. |
