东北春麦区小麦品种(系)低分子量麦谷蛋白基因Glu-A3d和Glu-B3g的分子检测

摘    要:Glu-A3位点的Glu-A3d基因和Glu-B3位点的Glu-B3g基因是优质低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(LMWGS)。为明确2个优质基因在东北春麦区小麦品种(系)中的分布情况,从而为强筋小麦育种和品质改良提供有用信息,利用Glu-A3d和Glu-B3g基因特异性STS标记检测了127份小麦品种(系)。结果表明:2个品种携带Glu-A3d基因,62个品种(系)携带优质基因Glu-B3g基因,占48.8%。

Characterization of Glu-A3 d and Glu-B3 g Gene of Wheat Varieties (Lines) in the Northeast Spring Wheat Region by STS Markers
Abstract:Glu‐A3d and Glu‐B3g of Glu‐A3 and Glu‐B3 locus are high qulity gene for improving bread‐making quality .In order to identify the wheat varieties (lines) carrying Glu‐A3d and Glu‐B3g gene in the northeast spring wheat region ,to provide useful information for breeding programmer to improve bread‐making quality and develop new varieties ,127 wheat varieties (lines) were examined .The results showed that 2 varieties car‐ried the Glu‐A3d gene ,and 62 varieties (lines) carried Glu‐B3g gene ,with a frequency of 48 .8% .
