| Abstract: | Rice blast is a major disease that damages rice production. Molecular marker assisted selection（MAS） has become an important method for breeding disease-resistant varieties. In this study, the broad-spectrum resistance gene pi9 from DW808 was imported into R894 with good regional adaptability. Qianhui 101, a rice blast-resistant restorer line, was selected through molecular marker testing, field natural identification and artificial inoculation identification. Its combination, Anyou 101, participated in the Guizhou Rice Regional Trial in 2017 and was approved by Guizhou provincial crop variety appraisal committee in 2019. |
