摘    要:针对普通干丝绵机台时产量低 ,锡林针滚两端被丝绵“抱轴” ,绵坯中未开松绵球较多等缺点 ,用提高锡林针滚和进料齿轮轴转速及设置手刹装置、机腔内设置导轨和毛刷等方法 ,进行了改进设计。这种新型干丝绵机的性能测试结果表明 :丝绵机锡林针滚线速度 2 3 4m/s,进料齿轮轴线速度 0 0 16 8m/s,单台生产率 7~ 7 5kg/h ,是国内同类机型台时产量的 2 2 6~ 2 34倍 ;锡林针滚在半圆形空间轨道中抓取精干绵 ,锡林针滚两端光轴微量缠绵 ;合理的芯皮等混合流导向腔体 ,使吸附在绵坯中未开松绵球≤ 10个 /m2 ;设有手刹装置 ,使大线速度的锡林针滚在2~ 3s内止动 ,提高了单位时间内的生产率。

Abstract:In accordance with originally weakness,for example,low yields,both ends silk in the tin roll needle embracing axle seriously and many tight silk balls,a new generation floss silk machine has been developed.Performance test results showed that newly developed floss silk machines CS02 has some special features,such as roller's line speed 23.4 meters per second(m/s),line speed of the feeder toothed-wheel shaft 0.016 8 m/s,and a production capacity of 7~7.5 kg/h kilograms per hour,which is 2.26~2.34 times of the same type of machines in China;that the roller grabs fine floss silk in a track of a semicircular space,with only a small amount of silk winding around the two ends of the roller;that the seasonal direction-leading box for inner silk and some other mixtures can make the uncracked floss silk balls left among the floss silk being ten or under ten per square meter;and that hand-brake,the machine can be brought to a full-stop in 2-3 seconds by a hand-brake which can raise production rate.
