喷施PP333和CCC对鸡蛋茄的矮化效应及其观赏性评价

摘    要:以六叶期鸡蛋茄为试材,叶面喷施不同浓度PP333(多效唑)和CCC(矮壮素),研究生长延缓剂对其矮化效应和观赏性的影响。结果表明,2种延缓剂均不同程度地抑制了鸡蛋茄地上部的生长,使植株矮化,节间缩短,叶面积减小。运用灰色关联分析法对鸡蛋茄主要观赏性状进行综合评价,其结果与植株实际观赏性表现基本一致。试验认为,以400 mg/L的PP333处理效果较好。

Abstract:Effects of PP333 and CCC on the dwarfing effect and main ornamental characters were investigated with six-leaf-stage Solanum texanum.The result showed that the plant-growth retardants could effectively control the main plant characters to a different degree.They could inhabit the plant growth,decrease the length of main stem and ramification,and diminish the leaves.The comprehensive evaluation using the gray system theory showed that PP333 at 400 mg/L produces optimal effect on the ornamental characters.The effect of PP333 treatment in ornamental evaluation is better than that of CCC,which accords with the practical observation.
