| 摘 要： | 聚类分析综合多个指标进行有机体的定量比较和客观系谱分析,已成为数量分类过程中数据挖掘和统计的重要方法。本文以162份枇杷种质资源（枇杷属内8个种）的29个枝梢及叶片性状数据为基础,对DPS软件上9种常见系统聚类方法的样本分类结果进行分析和比较研究。确定了离差平方和法为最适宜聚类方法,162份材料在阀值22.3水平上划分为相对均匀的6个大类;类内的种质在表型上表现为一定的相似性,类间差异则较大。 |
